From a pasted link to a parcel at your door
Ordering through BBDbuy is four movements: you paste a link and pay, the warehouse receives and photographs it, you decide whether it stays, and eventually you submit a parcel and pay freight. Nothing here is hidden behind a login — every stage is visible in your account as it happens. What follows walks the whole path and says what to look at each time.
← Back to overviewThe whole thing in four lines
Pay, inspect, hold, ship. BBDbuy sequences those four, and the middle two are where you have real control: inspection is when you can still say no, and storage is when consolidation saves you money.
- Paste and paythe seller is bought from immediately, so the clock starts at once
- Inspectthree to five warehouse photographs arrive before anything is packed
- Holdninety days free, which is the window for combining orders
- Shippick from 150+ lines, pay freight, then track from your parcel page
These are BBDbuy's published timings. Your own order page is the record that counts.
Placing the order, screen by screen
Four moves turn a row on this board into a paid BBDbuy order.
Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and JD links are accepted directly, or you can search by product name if you only have a description.
Size, colour and quantity are chosen at submission — check them against the row you priced, not from memory.
The seller price and the domestic leg are charged now; freight is not, because the parcel does not exist yet.
Tracking of the domestic leg appears first, then the warehouse scan, then the photographs.
Nine stages, every one of them visible

Inside the warehouse
Inland delivery takes about two days, and the goods are checked the day after they land. They then sit on your warehouse page for ninety days at no charge, which is long enough to add a second certified row and send both together.
Goods are logged against your account before anyone opens the box.
Three to five images, posted to your account, before anything is packed.
Ninety days, which is generous enough to wait for several orders to accumulate.
You choose what goes into the parcel and when it leaves.
Submitting the parcel
Three steps turn stored goods into a parcel that is actually moving.
- 1. Choose contents
Tick what leaves now and what stays in storage for a later parcel.
- 2. Choose the line
Price, transit time and accepted cargo are the three axes; weight and volume set the cost.
- 3. Declare and pay
You set the declared value, then freight is charged on measured weight.
- 4. Track
Tracking appears after the carrier scans, which usually lags submission by a day.
Packing and handover to the carrier begin the moment you submit, and the tracking number lands on your parcel page. Measured weight, the line and the destination all feed the final figure, so expect a small difference from the estimate; it is credited or debited against your balance.
