Tracking Has Not Moved in a Week: A Calm Diagnostic Order
Most 'lost' parcels are waiting for a scan, not missing.

First, distinguish the two tracking layers
Domestic tracking ends at the warehouse. International tracking starts when the consolidated parcel is handed to the line. A gap between them is normal.
If the last event is 'delivered to warehouse', your parcel is fine and simply has not been consolidated yet.
Then check which number you are refreshing
Agents issue a new international number when the parcel ships. Refreshing the domestic number will show nothing forever.
Copy the number from the shipping confirmation, not from the purchase record.
Typical quiet periods
Handover to airline, customs clearance and last-mile transfer are all scan-light. Three to five quiet days around those points is normal; ten is not.
Holidays in either country stretch every one of those windows.
What to do at day ten
Ask the agent to open a tracing request with the line. Give them the number, the date, and a screenshot of the last scan.
Keep escalating every three days in the same ticket. A tracer with a paper trail gets answered; a fresh complaint each time does not.
FAQ
At what point is a parcel officially lost?
Usually after the line's stated maximum transit plus a buffer. Ask for that figure when you open the trace.
Does insurance cover a stuck parcel?
Only once it is declared lost, not while it is merely slow.
Should I reorder while waiting?
If you need the item by a date, yes — but tell support, so a late arrival can be refused or resold.
