QC one, bet the batch
On a bulk run you can't photo every unit. Sample one from the batch, read its craft, and treat the batch as the bet. The warehouse shot of the sample is your read on the whole case.

Sample the case
When you buy a case, ask the warehouse to shoot one representative unit. That single shot stands in for the batch — if the sample is clean, the case is likely clean; if it's off, the whole run is suspect.
A bulk buyer reads the sample like a sentry. One bad unit in the shot often means more in the box.
What the sample must show
For a bulk piece, confirm the sample against the listing: same model, same finish, same flaws or none. A case is one SKU repeated — the sample is your proof the repeat is right.
If the sample shows a different variant than you clicked, the whole case is wrong. Reject before it ships.
Ask for the angle that proves the lot
Request the exact frame of the sample: 'show the tag', 'flat-lay of the unit', 'the batch number'. Specific asks get specific retakes, free before it ships. Vague 'bad photo' gets a shrug.
On a case the batch number is the whole point — it ties your sample to the box. Demand it; don't hope the listing was accurate.
QC can't count the case
The photo confirms what the sample is. It can't tell you the other units are identical — that's the seller's consistency, not the shot. Cross-check reviews for batch variance.
And it can't size your need. Your plan should include how many you'll actually move, not just defects.
Keep the batch record
Save the sample shot next to the batch number. When you reorder the same lot, your archive tells you if the case still matches.
The warehouse shot is honest; your archive makes it useful. Treat it like a lot card.
FAQ
Are Bbdbuy QC photos reliable?
The sample shot is reliable for the one unit shown; the case is the bet on consistency. Always check the batch number and treat the sample as representative of the lot.
How do I QC a whole case?
Sample one representative unit and read it like a sentry — if the sample is off, the whole run is suspect. Request the batch number to tie the sample to the box.
Can QC confirm the count?
Only the sample's condition. The other units' match is the seller's consistency, judged from reviews and the batch number, not the single shot.
