What a real QC set contains
Expect four to six photos per item: front, back, a close shot of logos or hardware, and any flaw the agent noticed. A set with a single glamour shot and no defect view is incomplete — ask before paying.
Lighting matters: a photo shot in flat, even light reveals pilling and color shift that a angled glamour shot hides. If every shot is dramatic, ask for a neutral one.
Stitching, seams, and alignment

Asking for re-shoots
If the angle you need is missing, name the exact shot: "sole from above", "inner tag". A specific request gets a faster, usable reply than "more photos". Most agents will re-shoot within a day.
Name the shot in the unit the agent uses: "top-down of the sole", "inside tag, centered". Matching their vocabulary gets the photo back faster than descriptive prose.
